One QR code for many links

A QR code always leads to one address. For a scan to open several links, that address has to lead to a page with all of them. urlhub makes such a page at once – each link with its picture, title and description – and a QR code of it to print.

Step by step

  1. Paste the links into urlhub.cloud – the addresses alone, or any text urlhub picks them out of – and click “Preview”.
  2. Click “Share”. For print, publish the list as a page with a title first, then choose “QR code”.
  3. Download the code as a PNG (for documents and messengers) or an SVG (to print at any size). Any phone camera scans it.

Questions and answers

Can one QR code open several links?

Yes, through a page: the code leads to a urlhub page with all the links, each with its picture, title and description. Whoever scans it picks what to open.

Does it cost anything, or need an account?

No. urlhub is free, with no accounts, cookies or ads.

How long will the code work?

A short link’s code works as long as someone opens the link at least once in 90 days; a published page’s code, as long as someone opens it at least once a year. Every scan counts as opening it. A long link with the whole list never expires, but it is usually too long for a handy code.

Can I change the links once the code is printed?

No. Nobody can change a published page, its author included – so nobody can swap the links behind your code. A changed list gets a new address and a new code.

Where is such a code useful?

On a poster, a flyer, a slide, an invitation, a menu or a stand – wherever there is room for one code and you want to show several pages: class materials, products, events, profiles.
