AI Act w 2026: co już obowiązuje, a co przesunięto
Od 2 sierpnia 2026 trzeba mówić ludziom, że rozmawiają z AI, i oznaczać deepfake'i. Omnibus cyfrowy (rozporządzenie 2026/1744) przesunął wymogi dla systemów wysokiego ryzyka na 2 grudnia 2027 i 2 sierpnia 2028. Tekst aktu, harmonogram, wyszukiwarka przepisów i strony Komisji.
